How do I obtain a copy of the policy wordings?

You will have been sent an email copy with your Insurance documents. However your policy wordings are also available through the home page under ‘View My documents’.

What if I want to make changes to my policy?

To make changes to your policy, please send your request to leo@bflcanada.ca

How do I reset my Password?

1. Go to the Home page and select Existing User

2. Below 'Submit', click on 'Forgot Password?'

3. Type in your email address and your username

4. Click 'Request New Password'

5. An email will be sent to you containing a link to reset your password

6. Click on the link in the email, type in your new password and click 'Update Password'

What kind of changes do I need to disclose?

All policies contain exclusions, limitations and conditions that could affect a claim settlement. It is important that you disclose if the contact information for either you or your property manager has changed, as well as; changes in occupancy (long-term rental vs short-term rental), if your tenant no longer carries tenant insurance, if the unit is vacant or undergoing renovations, and more.

What if I want to cancel my policy?

You may cancel your insurance policy at any time, please refer to the home page and select ‘Cancel My Insurance’. Please note that a minimum retained premium will apply.

How do I change my contact information?

1. Go to the Home page and click Existing User

2. Enter your username and password to login to your account

3. Click on Edit Contact Information

4. You will be brought to the Contact Information page to update information

5. Click Update

What if I have other questions about the program/ policy?

How do I file a claim?

We have created an exclusive claims line that is available 24/7 for you to file a claim at any time at 1-877-807- 5662. Alternatively, you can email your claim information to: realestateclaims@bflcanada.ca. When reporting a claim, please have your policy number handy, the date and time the loss occurred, and what was the cause of the loss. If your claim involves theft or vandalism, a police report will be required to process your claim.
