DEDUCTIBLE ASSESSMENT options from $25,000 - $250,000
Condo/strata deductible may be assessed directly to the unit owner if damage to the building originates in your unit.
CONTINGENT COVERAGE - $25,000
If the building has insufficient coverage or noneffective coverage, repairs are assessed to unit owners. This provides coverage for such assessments.
GENERAL LIABILITY - $5,000,000
Protects the unit owner (including legal fees) from bodily injury or property damage as a result of the direct use of your rental unit.
SPECIAL LOSS ASSESSMENT - $25,000 Property / $1,000,000 Liability
If the damages are greater than the condo/ strata insurance policy limits, this coverage covers your portion of the excess.
